A place to see the light turning stained glass into art.

Mon and I just wanted to get out for a spin on this beautiful Sunday morning. We didn’t have to go far to find some new discoveries… three historic covered bridges that we had never visited before and all within 1 hour from home in the Hoyt area. The oldest (Smythe Bridge) dates to 1912 and the others to the mid 30’s. We also stopped at the Pattersonville historic village just out side of Hoyt for a minute. The school dates to 1873. All the buildings are well preserved and furnished with period furniture.  These wonderful old landmarks are priceless and we were glad to see them and take some photos.
