I’m building a Haida Night Light. It has 4 panels, each one 8.5″ at the base and 2.5″ at the top, so quite small. Each panel has a Haida design in the center; the Sun, the Moon and two panels with the same design: a circle of Totems containing a Salmon, a Bear and an Eagle. There are many many small pieces of glass in this lamp.
- Three designs (two eco-circles) for a four-panel lamp.
- First eco-circle ground and fitted, ready to foil
- My foiling station in the family room. Glad there’s no little children around.
- some of these pieces are very small
- Turning over the Eco-circle to solder the back.
- first one done not patina-ed yet
- Starting to grind the Sun. Just the white is done so far in this photo.
