On May 2nd, Monica and I had the supreme fortune of having our daughter, Sarah and her man Matt, to our house to celebrate her 33rd birthday. We all had the supreme fortune of enjoying Monica’s amazing Dan Dan noodles for dinner, followed by quadruple chocolate cheesecake. We love life, but not as much as we love our Sarah (nod to Joni Mitchell).

Couldn’t help but notice that you and Chris are starting to have similar hair styles, although his bald spot is quite a bit more advanced. 😉 So envious of you people in NB. We haven’t seen the kids since Easter and it’ll probably be the end of May before we see them again. 🙁 Thank goodness for video chat, at least we get to ‘see’ all the girls that way. Here’s hoping for a better summer. In the meantime, glad you’re able to visit with your family. Enjoy!
